Thank you for shopping with us at Three Kings Apparel! We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please read our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:

• T-shirts and sweatshirts can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with all original tags attached.
• Custom or personalized items (if applicable) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or defective.

How to Return:

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Returns that are sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Ship It Back: Carefully package the items and ship them back to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account once processed.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily provide a full refund or send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
